Name: Wet implementatie Richtlijn loontransparantie mannen en vrouwen (Act implementing the Pay Transparency Directive), parliamentary paper 36 949. It amends, among others, the Dutch Equal Treatment of Men and Women Act.

The government aimed for entry into force on 1 January 2027. According to Salaris Vanmorgen (19 October 2026), the legislative committee meeting is scheduled for 14 December 2026 and the plenary debate for 11 January 2027, making 1 January 2027 appear unfeasible. A new date has not yet been officially announced.
